Mr. Kenwood is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He received a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987. Mr. Kenwood has experience in the area of advanced project development, in British Columbia at the Snip gold project for Cominco Ltd. and at the Eskay Creek deposit for Prime Exploration Ltd. He also worked as a project geologist on the Petaquilla copper gold porphyry project in Panama and has worked on projects in Peru, Chile, and China.

Mr. Kenwood has been working with public companies for over 20 years and is currently an independent director of five companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Mackie is a mining finance executive with more than 25 years of corporate experience in Canada, the United States, South America, Africa, and China. He is a member of the Association of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia and Canada. Mr. Mackie has extensive experience in financial management, equity financings, and administration, including corporate governance, government, and securities compliance. He has served as CFO for several mining exploration companies listed on the TSX and the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Zhou has over 10 years of experience in the mining industry, working in various management capacities. Mr. Zhou most recently held the positions of Assistant General Manager and Safety Manager for Yantai Zhongjia Mining Co., Ltd. before his promotion to General Manager and Chairman.

Mr. CHEN has approximately 37 years of relevant experience in the industry including master planning, preparation of feasibility report, evaluation assessments and environment impact report in major mines in China. Mr. CHEN obtained a bachelor’s degree in mineral processing from Wuhan Institute of Technology (formerly known as Wuhan Institute of Chemical Technology) in July 1983. He was qualified as a senior engineer in the PRC in July 1993. Mr. CHEN served as president of Hebei Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Chemical Mine Planning and Design Institute of Ministry of Chemical Industry of China from August 1983 to November 1997. Mr. CHEN served as vice president of Micro Express Ltd. from January 2004 to May 2006. Mr. CHEN was general manager and chairman of the board of Xinjiang Mejes Mining Co. Ltd. from June 2006 to June 2012. Mr. CHEN was general manager of Yantai Zhongjia from 1 June 2008 to 7 May 2020.

Mr. Richard Shao obtained a doctor of philosophy degree in mineral processing from the Graduate School at China University of Mining and Technology in July 1990. Prior to joining in the Company, Dr. SHAO served as director, president and chief financial officer of Sterling Group Ventures, Inc. Over his over 30 years career Dr. SHAO has held positions as a lecturer, associate professor and deputy department head of the Department of Mineral processing of China University of Mining & Technology – Beijing, research scientist, process metallurgist as well as project manager for Canadian-based mining companies. Since 2004 Dr. SHAO has worked as an advisor and director to a number of companies in the evaluation and processing of minerals in North America and China.
